Contifeed controller for blow room line To ensure that a steady flow of raw materials are fed into the blow room where bales are opened, cleaned, and blended, a modern contifeed controller is used for the blow room line. It monitors the amount of cotton being delivered and adjusts the sliver quality with constant pressure to the chute line. A consistency in the yarn quality is hence maintained. To maintain a constant differential pressure against number of cards, intelligent PID control is used. Apart from power control option, the controller can provide 0 to 10V, 4 to 20mA for direct interface with the VFD Pressure values. A big display unit is also attached for easy readability.
